Microsoft Office Specialist Training Program (MOS) 
2025-26 School Year

Fall/Winter Session 2025: BTA3O  - Registration Closed

Dates: September 29, 2025 - January 12, 2026

Times: Mondays and Wednesdays (5:30 - 9:00 p.m.)

There will be no classes October 13 or during the Christmas Break

Location: Father Leo J. Austin - 1020 Dryden Blvd., Whitby

Winter/Spring Session 2026: BDP3O - Registration Open

Dates: February 18 - June 1, 2026

Times: Mondays and Wednesdays (5:30 - 9:00 p.m.)

There will be no classes on March Break (March 16 and 18), Easter Monday (April 26) or Victoria Day (May 18).

Location: Father Leo J. Austin - 1020 Dryden Blvd., Whitby

Microsoft Office Specialist Certification Training:

  • Microsoft Word (Core), Microsoft Word (Expert)
  • Microsoft Excel (Core) Microsoft Excel (Expert)  
  • Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Access

** You can choose the areas of Microsoft Office that you would like to work on. 
** Work at your own pace with support from a qualified instructor.

Program:

  • Preparation for Microsoft Office Certification
  • All courses are hands-on with support from an instructor
  • Students can download MS Office for home practice
  • Students can earn credits toward OSSD while working on Microsoft Office Certification Training
  • Students are asked to inform the school if they intend to write the Microsoft certification exam
  • Students must be 18 years of age or older

Material Fees:

Microsoft Office Exam Certification: For students who would like to write the Microsoft Office exam for certification, there is a cost for the exam process.  Students will select the Microsoft areas they would like to work on the first day.

Registration is closed for the Fall Session.  Individuals who are interested in the program may submit their registration for the Winter/Spring session:
